The goal of this project was to create awareness and increase utilization for North Dakota's upgraded online financial help application system, called the Self-Service Portal.

 

Highlights of this work include:

• Tutorial Videos: Wrote the script, edited screen recordings from SME, recorded voice over and compiled with additional graphics in Premiere Pro.

• Prints Materials: Utilized InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop to create materials that local offices could use with clients. These materials include a flyer, business card size handout and a case linking handout.

• Static and Video Social Media Posts: Used Biteable, Illustrator and Indesign to create a mix of social media posts to support the campaign.

• Guidebook for Partners: In-depth resource empowering community partners to help clients they serve.

• Webpages: Created webpages to support the effort using Drupal and inline CSS.
